  Why are U.S. companies still distributing dangerous products (vinyl capes) for children? The news went out only on Halloween that 120,000 "Creepy Cape"costume capes were recalled due to their failure to meet non-flammability standards. The company selling these dangerous products from China is an American company, selling their flammable capes in California, and really should have known better....
