Retailers of pacifiers with Swarovski crystals glued to the pacifier's handle have been voluntarily recalled. The crystals can become easily separated, and pose a choking hazard. CVS Pharmacy is recalling Playskool Toddler Sippy cups due to a choking hazard. The company has received reports of children chewing through the spout of the cup.
