Berkeley Pedestrian Dies From Head Injuries

A Livermore California man who was struck last month in the crosswalk by a careless driver while crossing Telegraph Avenue at Blake Street , sustained severe head injuries, and died this last Thursday. According to the Berkeley PD, the negligent driver was arrested for driving while impaired. There may be further charges now that this is a wrongful death . Walk defensively! Even though you are in a crosswalk, you need to watch out for drunk or stoned drivers.
