    A woman walking on Ninth Avenue in Port Arthur was hit by a car this morning. The pedestrian was airlifted to the hospital after the accident. Her name has not been released.     An 11-year-old boy from Round Mountain was injured while riding his bicycle in Napa. He was hit by a man driving a car down the same road he was riding his bike on. The driver of the car is a 42-year-old resident of the area.The victim suffered a head injury, broken arm, lacerated liver and kidney.
