  Early this morning, a 60-year-old man was struck by another vehicle and killed while laying down flares on Highway 24 in Walnut Creek, California.   Last Sunday at approximately 10:00 p.m. a motorist struck a pedestrian at the crossing of Amador Valley Boulevard and Regional Street in Dublin.   Last Tuesday night a motorcyclist suffered serious personal injuries in a motorcycle accident with a truck on northbound Interstate 680 near Pacheco, just south of Highway 4.
